Bill Shepherd Real Estate although a new Company has history in the Edgeworth area for over 20 years. The agency principal, Bill Shepherd is the longest serving agent in the area, commencing his career in 1983 and then enjoyed a long association with Noel McFarlane Real Estate as a business partner until the opportunity arose to buy the agency in 2005.

Our office is open 7 days a week until late. We also have a 24 hour service so we can attend to after hour’s enquiries by being open and contactable long hours which makes it easy for a buyer to find the right property, and a seller to get the best service. Bill and his caring staff look forward to being of service to you.
